BUILD OPTIONS

Set Price: You know exactly what to expect, price is guaranteed

This means that the total price for your home will be set in advance and will not change due to increases or decreases in actual cost that are within the scope of the contract. We take your plans and prepare a set price for the build of your home.

 

Cost-Plus: You see actual pricing, decrease in cost are passed on to you

This means that we will bill you for all direct cost with building your home and then add a fixed percentage to cover our overhead.  You see actual pricing and pick all options according to the budget you set for yourself.

 

Set Fee: You choose every detail and cost our price is set

This means that the total cost of your home is completely up to you. Upgrades and/or changes do not affect our cost. You determine everything in your home.
